I'll post this by itself... well because it wasn't an "official" stop on our journey but it just goes to show you that an interesting image can be found anywhere (at least I think it's interesting!).
We left Las Vegas right after the conference ended in the evening and headed toward Zion National Park. Just over the Utah state line we pulled into this teeny, tiny rest stop...cold, half asleep, are we there yet? This was inside the ladies rest room, taken with my little Fuji point & shoot which I happened to have inside my purse. I just love the graphic colors and composition of the sinks, mirrors and the brick wall. So you just never know...
