Susan & Jeff

Yesterday I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Susan and Jeff whose wedding I will be photographing in September. They are a great couple and great tour guides! Our first stop was Flag Pole Hill which overlooks the town of Huntingdon and where Jeff proposed to Susan. It was terribly windy up on that hill! We also had a couple uninvited guests…one was furry and cute, Ivan the golden retriever pup. The others were furry but not so cute…a couple hundred gypsy moth caterpillars.

Susan’s parents were visiting from out of town so we all met up with Jeff’s parents and visited both venues for their wedding. The church in Huntingdon where the ceremony will be held is lovely and historic and I’m really looking forward to photographing their reception at the beautiful Lakemont Casino in Altoona. On the way back from Altoona we stopped and enjoyed a yummy dinner at Marzoni’s. Mmmm … Hawaiian pizza!
