I can't help but share a personal post about our new addition! We adopted Lexi yesterday from Homeward Bound Animal Rescue. We thought about adding another dog to our family for quite a while and my husband actually spotted Lexi on HBAR's website. We completed our adoption application and got to visit Lexi in her foster home after we were approved. Her foster parents did a great job with her because she is a sweetheart! Our best guess is that she is a Papillon-Dachshund mix??? But who knows for sure! She is about 4 months old, weighs 5 whole pounds and is fitting in well with the rest of our critters. We love her!
