Thank you...

...to everyone who came out for the open house today! It was great to see old friends and meet some new ones too. Mother Nature actually held off on the ice and rain a bit which I was very thankful for. And because I had several requests for the recipe for the very yummy (and very easy!) cheese ball ... here you go!

Cheese Ball

2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped celery

Place cheeses in a large mixing bowl. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature until cream cheese has softened. Add celery and mix very well until completely blended. Form into a ball and refrigerate. Roll in chopped nuts before serving.
